Apartment/ House cleaning includes: (weekly-biweekly-monthly)

ALL ROOMS

• Dust furniture,ceiling fans, mini blinds and windowsills
• Removal of trash from kitchen/bathroom trash can
• Vacuum carpets
• Sweep & Mop floors

KITCHEN

• Sanitize and wipe sink area, counter tops, and all appliances
• Place dishes in the dishwasher( if empty up to 15 items)
• Clean inside and out of microwave

BATHROOMS

• Sanitize and scrub toilets,showers/tubs,sinks and counters
• Clean Mirrors

BEDROOMS

• Change linens if left on the bed for us
• Make All Beds

Standard Pricing – APARTMENTS (varies based on size)

• Recurring weekly and bi weekly cleaning starts at $59
• One time/Spring/ Monthly cleaning starts at $104

Standard Pricing – HOMES (varies- under 3,200 sq ft) & ( over 3,200 sq ft starts at $150 )

• Recurring weekly and bi weekly cleaning starts at $79
• One time/Spring/Monthly cleaning starts at $134

OPTIONAL EXTRA CLEANING:

• Clean Inside Refrigerator & Freezer $35
• Deep Clean Mini Blinds/Shutters $35

DEEP CLEANING FOR RECURRING/ONE TIME CLEANING  $(PRICING VARIES)

All areas of your home or apartment that have heavy dirt/grime build up; clutter areas with lots of stuff, clothes and paper would be considered ” deep cleaning”

EXAMPLES:

• Kitchen – Grease build-up, excessive dishes (more than 15 items to load), floors needing hand-scrubbing or more than light damp-mopping
• Bath – Soap build-up, water spots on shower walls or shower doors, excessive dirt build-up on toilet/ counter tops, floors needing more than light damp-mopping
• Furniture – Extra dusty or lots of knick knacks
• Pet Hair – Upholstery needs vacuuming, excessive hair on floors, carpets or rugs or any area in your home.
